Returns & Exchanges
General Guidelines:
Each of our products is meticulously handmade and as a result each of our creation is unique and may differ slightly from product to product by design as well as contain some natural imperfections due to the material’s used and their originality. In light of this, each exchange or return request will be evaluated on an individual basis.
14 Day Period
Products approved for return / exchange must be postmarked for return mail within 14 days of the date of shipment. No returns / exchanges are eligible for any reason after 14 days. Items postmarked after the 14 day limit or sent to us without an approval, may not be returned back to you.
Product Condition
Each product must be in its original condition, including packaging as it was shipped to you. A restocking fee of 15% may apply if product packaging is damaged or missing.
Shipping & Handling Fees
Shipping & handling fees are non-refundable (unless otherwise specified). In the case of exchanges, the shipping and handling fees associated with the replacement product will be charged to the same method of payment used for the original transaction. In the case of returns, you are responsible for all shipping fees when returning a product back to us. Please include the packing slip when returning a product.
Damaged or Defective Products
All refunds are issued after we have received the damaged or defective product. If you received a defective product that fall outside of natural imperfections due to the nature of our products, you will be issued a full refund of the purchase price of the product including shipping and handling.
Incorrect Products
If an incorrect product was shipped to you contrary to our email confirmation; we will send the correct item free of charge once we receive the incorrect product back to us.
Promotional Items
Any product that is returned without the promotional item(s) included with the original transaction, will have the value of the promotional item deducted from the refund amount.
Refunds
All eligible refunds will be applied to the same method of payment used for the original transaction.
Return / Exchange Eligibility
Each claim for return or exchange will be reviewed by Simon & Cleo and once approved, you will receive specific return / exchange instructions via email. Please do not send the product(s) back to us prior to a written confirmation from us to do so. Any products returned to us without approvals may not be returned back to you.
Each returned product will be reviewed by Simon & Cleo to determine eligibility based on our general guidelines stated above.
