Warranty

Simon & Cleo products carry a 90 day limited warranty. Each product is manufactured under the highest standards of quality of material and workmanship. Due to the materials used and their originality, some products may show signs of natural imperfections by design. Such products may not be classified as defective.

This warranty covers defects encountered in the normal use of our products and does not cover accidental damage, misuse, improper care or alteration, or the natural breakdown of materials that may occur after extended use of the product. Further, this warranty only applies to defects that impact the performance of the product, and not cosmetic issues that may arise due to normal “wear and tear” of the product.

Simon & Cleo claims no liability or responsibility to the original owner or any other person for any incidental, or consequential losses or damages caused or alleged to be caused directly or indirectly by our products.

In some cases, we may require you to email us a clear digital photograph of the affected product to gain better understanding of the issue.

With regards to wear and tear, all Simon & Cleo products are made with high quality fabrics and personally checked before they are sent to you. As with all fabric related products, acceptable wear and tear is expected – Some fabrics wear more easily than others. Furthermore, the longevity of your particular unit depends on the type of fabric and your personal style of usage and handling.

Except for the express warranty stated above, Simon & Cleo makes no other warranties with respect to the product, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

This warranty applies to Simon & Cleo branded products only. All other products are warranted by their respective manufacturers.
